AUSTIN, TX-San Francisco-based JMA Ventures LLC has acquired a 55,216-square-foot office property in Southwest Austin from Bogle Family Realty LLP, based in Austin, for an undisclosed amount. The office building, Vista Ridge II, is located at 916 S. Capital of Texas Highway.
According to CBRE Group Inc., the office building is leased to a technology firm. Walter Saad and Cathy Nabours from the Private Capital Group at CBRE brokered this deal for the seller. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
