PARIS-Tamar European Industrial Fund has leased a warehouse in France and sold industrial assets in Norway and Belgium. The Fund has leased a 107,639-square-foot warehouse in Trappes, France, to Jungheinrich for six years.
In Norway, TEIF sold a logistics warehouse measuring 197,539 square feet in Drammen for GBP 15.65 million to an investor. In the second sale, the Fund sold two units at Sint-Pieters-Leeuw in Belgium for GBP 0.83 million an owner occupier. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
