BIRMINGHAM, UK-AXA Real Estate Investment Managers has sold 115 Colmore Row in Birmingham to CLAL Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd (CLAL) for GBP 32.2 million. The company has sold the office building for The Co-operative Insurance.
The Colmore Row building comprises 80,373 square feet of Grade A office space and 94 car parking spaces. It is fully leased to Eversheds, an international law firm. Knight Frank advised AXA Real Estate/The Co-operative Insurance in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
