WEST PALM BEACH, FL-The First Baptist Church of West Palm Beach has reached a contract to sell Chapel by the Lake, a 3.2-acre property, to a development team, which is planning to construct two condo towers on the site. The West Palm Beach church property will change hands for $23 million.
