LONDON-The National Union of Students (NUS) has purchased the freehold investment on a Gray's Inn Road building in London for GBP 4.2 million. The freehold investment of the 12,945-square-foot office building at 275 Gray's Inn Road was sold by Dorrington.

The NUS will use the four-story property for its own occupation. Lambert Smith Hampton represented the NUS, while Glinsman Weller and Savills advised Dorrington in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
