CHICAGO-A venture headed by Frankfort-based Crown Commercial Real Estate & Development Inc. has bought an old office property on North Michigan Avenue near Millennium Park with plans to convert it into a hotel. The venture paid $7.25 million to a Kimco Realty Corp. affiliate for the 76,000-square-foot building at 168 N. Michigan Ave.
