NEW YORK CITY-JPMorgan and SL Green Realty have sold One Court Square, a 50-story office tower in Long Island City, to a group headed by David Werner for just over $500 million. The 1.4-million-square-foot building is leased to Citibank.
The sale price works out to more than $350 per square foot. The office building was designed by Skidmore Owings Merrill. Eastdil Secured brokers Adam Spies and Douglas Harmon have marketed the tower. For the full story, go to New York Post .
