LEXINGTON, MA-Stone River Properties LLC has bought Marrett Square, a 16,791-square-foot retail center on Marrett Road in Lexington, for $2.52 million. Camblex Realty Trust was the seller.
Marrett Square is leased to tenants such as Royal Pastry, Boston Nail & Spa, Blue Vintage Salon and Anton's Cleaners. Camblex Realty Trust bought the mall in 1997 for $646,000.
