LEEDS, UK-AXA Real Estate has sold 6/7 Park Row, a 45,000-square-foot office building in Leeds, for GBP 7 million to Town Centre Securities PLC. The company sold the building, situated on the corner of Bond Street and Park Row, for Co-Operative Insurance Society Ltd.
