
ST. LOUIS-CPI Corp. has signed a contract to sell its headquarters as well as multiple other properties in St. Louis to American Milling LP, a Cahokia, Illinois-based company owned by David Jump. On July 12, the company entered into an agreement to sell its St. Louis properties to American Milling for $3 million.
The properties are located at 1733, 1731 and 1701 Lucas Ave. and 1801, 1726, 1706 and 1600 Washington Ave. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
