HALLANDALE BEACH, FL-A group of banks have sold the $127.4-million mortgage on the Village at Gulfstream Park, a 480,000-square-foot complex in Hallandale Beach, to a Canadian company. KeyBank, Bank of America and BMO Harris Financing co-owned the loan.

The mortgage, which was issued in 2007, covers the shopping mall and entertainment destination. The banks sold the loan to TSG Developments US Financing.
