OCEANSIDE, CA-Kearny Real Estate Co. has bought Ocean Ranch Plaza, a 106,000-square-foot mixed-use project in Oceanside. The property is situated at the entrance of Ocean Ranch Corporate Center, a 400-acre master-planned business park.
The project comprises two 13,000-square-foot retail buildings, 40,000 square feet of medical offices and a 40,000-square-foot office building. The retail shop buildings are occupied by retail establishments and restaurants. Cushman and Wakefield will handle leasing assignment for Ocean Ranch Plaza.
