BIRMINGHAM, AL-Public records revealed that a real estate investment firm based in California has purchased a multifamily property on Lakeshore Parkway. PASSCO Cos. LLC has acquired the 260-unit apartment complex from the real estate division of Birmingham-based EBSCO.
Leslie Yielding, EBSCO Income Properties LLC's general manager, said that EBSCO bought the complex in 2008 from the original developer. The property is nearly 92% occupied. For the full story, go to Birmingham Business Journal .
