So, retail real estate owners, the fastest-growing retailer out there, according to the National Retail Federation, is...Amazon.com!
Oh, that really doesn't help you much.
Luckily, the other nine on the magazine's list of 10 Fastest-growing retailers (via Time magazine) have stores.
Here they are, from second-fastest on:
- Verizon Wireless
- Apple Stores
- AT&T Wireless
- 7-Eleven
- Dick's Sporting Goods
- Alimentation Couche-Tarde (owner of Circle K and other conveniene stores)
- Tractor Supply Co.
- Dollar General
- Chick-fil-A
Boy, people sure love those smart phones, don't they?
The one thing that surprised us is that there were less restaurant concepts. Surely we would have predicted that Chipotle would make an appearance on this list.
