SAN DIEGO-Coast Income Properties Inc., a San Diego-based real estate development company, has paid $9.7 million for a medical office building in Hillcrest. The building, called Lewis Medical, is situated at 330 Lewis St. and it comprises 22,461 square feet of office space.
The four-story medical property, situated beside Scripps Memorial Hospital, is fully leased to UC San Diego Health System. Colliers International represented Coast Income Properties and California Commercial Properties represented KAMF San Diego LLC, the seller, in the deal.
