BERLIN-Deka Immobilien has acquired Berlins Grosse Freiheit, a transparent office building at Stralauer Allee 4, from HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung. The office building, which comprises approximately 102,257 square feet of space, is part of the Mediaspree area in Berlin.
The seven-story building will have parking spaces for about 70 bicycles and nearly 140 cars. Berlins Grosse Freiheit is designed to meet LEED Gold standard. It is fully leased and it will be ready for occupancy in early 2013. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
