LONDON-The Great Capital Partnership (GCP), a joint venture between Great Portland Estates plc (GPE) and Capital & Counties Properties PLC (Capco), has signed agreements to sell The Jermyn Street Estate for GBP 120 million or GBP 60 million. GPE will take the entire ownership of the property.
The Jermyn Street Estate comprises five properties, namely, 54-56 Jermyn Street, Foxglove House, Empire House, Egyptian House and Dudley House.
