ATLANTA-An apartment complex in Atlanta's Buckhead submarket has found a new owner. MAA, a Memphis-based real estate investment trust, has bought the 349-unit Allure at Brookwood for an undisclosed price.

This is the second purchase for MAA in the Buckhead area this year. In May, the REIT bought the Allure in Buckhead Village. Allure at Brookwood, completed in 2008, comprises 2 six-story buildings that are connected by a five-story structured parking deck. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
