BREA, CA-Colliers International reported that Taiwanese chain 85°C Cafe has bought an industrial facility at 1415 Moonstone in Brea for $5.64 million. The chain purchased the 70,492-square-foot industrial property at Brea Canyon Commerce Center from Cohen Asset Management.

The 85°C Cafe chain opened a store at Irvine's Diamond Jamboree Shopping Center in 2008. It will use the Brea industrial building as its corporate bakery. Cohen Asset Management bought the property in 2010. For the full story, go to Orange County Register .
