GILBERT, AZ-Acacia Capital Corp., an investment firm in California, has bought Vista Montana Apartments, a multifamily complex comprising 341 units in Gilbert, for $28 million. Scottsdale-based VM Associates Limited Partnership was the seller of the property situated on Baseline Road close to Val Vista Drive. CBRE Inc. negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.
The apartment complex features amenities such as a fitness center, spa, shaded outdoor children's play field and three swimming pools. The community is now 90% occupied. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
