LINCOLN, CA-Panattoni Development Co., a locally based commercial real estate investment company, has sold Lincoln Gateway, a 74,586-square-foot center in Lincoln, to Sacramento-based Vanir Group of Cos. The newly built center includes 41,829 square feet of office space and 32,757 square feet of retail space.
