ORLANDO-Advenir, a multi-family real estate investment and management company, has paid $27.1 million to purchase Polos East at Waterford, a 308-unit multifamily complex in Orlando. The complex is now renamed to Advenir at Polos East and its current occupancy rate is 94% with average monthly rent ranging between $750 and $1,100. The seller was a national-based REIT.
