KENT, WA-PS Business Parks Inc. has bought 212th Business Park, an industrial park in Kent, from CBRE Global Investors. The Glendale, California-based company paid $37.6 million for the 958,000-square-foot property.
The industrial buildings are situated on a 52-acre site. The Kent business park is the third property for PS Business Parks in the Seattle area. It was 52.3% leased to 13 tenants at the time of closing. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
