ALEXANDRIA, VA-JP Morgan has paid $191 million or approximately $520 per square foot to acquire two Alexandria office properties from TIAA-CREF. Eastdil Secured LLC's team comprising John Kevill, Brad Allen, Dean Sands, Sean McDermott, and Nick Pappas handled the transaction on behalf of the seller. The buildings, situated at 1940 and 2000 Duke Street, have a total area of 368,200 square feet.
