CHICAGO-Charlotte, North Carolina-based Bank of America NA has sold a shopping center in Chicago for $3 million. The bank sold the 28,000-square-foot retail center at 611-627 W. Roosevelt Road to Chicago-based Development Resources Inc. and a subsidiary of Skokie-based Annenberg Investments Ltd.

Public records showed that a $4.9-million foreclosure suit was filed by Bank of America in 2010 against the property and Leon Joffe, the owner. The bank took back the building last year from the owner. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
