BALTIMORE-The Brookshire Suites in downtown Baltimore has been sold at an auction for $7.85 million. The 12-story, 97-room hotel is situated on the corner of Calvert and Lombard streets.
Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels' Steve Leslie did not disclose the identity of the buyer. This was the second time the property had been sold at auction in a year. MSCI 2006-HQ10 Brookshire Lodging LLC purchased the property for $6 million in October after Brookshire Lodging LLC failed to pay a $7.65-million mortgage in April 2011.
