SAN JOSE, CA-The Decking Superstore has bought a 72,000-square-foot headquarters in San Jose for $4.55 million. The new space at 2050 S. 10th St. is located few blocks away from its former headquarters at 2055 S. 7th St.
The owner, 10th Street Group, is a partnership of investors. The Decking Superstore bought the space for about $63 per square foot. Anh Stovall, a Marcus & Millichap broker, represented the buyer along with J.J. Taughinbaugh, while CB Richard Ellis brokered the deal for the seller.
