PHILADELPHIA-Liberty Lutheran Services has purchased Whitemarsh Corporate Center East in Ambler for $3 million to house its new headquarters. The 25,000-square-foot building is located at 7002 Butler Pike.
Liberty Lutheran, currently located at 250 N. Bethlehem Pike in Ambler, planned to combine three of its locations. The company purchased the center from Keystone Property Group. Justin Bell and Neil Shupak from Newmark Knight Frank Smith Mack negotiated the deal on behalf of Keystone. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
