
BOSTON-Northeastern University and the YMCA of Greater Boston have reached a $21.5-million deal to renovate the Y's flagship facility on Huntington Avenue and build a 17-story dormitory for the university. Preparations for the construction of the university's planned GrandMarc dormitory are set to start this week. The $100-million project will provide 720 beds.
