CINCINNATI-Rough Brothers Inc., a greenhouse design and manufacturing company, is moving into Bond Hill and will bring 120 jobs to Cincinnati. The firm has agreed to buy a 20.5-acre vacant lot at the southwest corner of Regina Graeter Way and Paddock Road for $1.3 million from the city.
