MIAMI BEACH-Vos Hospitality, a unit of Michigan-based Trans Inns Management, has purchased the Greystone Hotel at 1920 Collins Ave. in Miami Beach. The company paid $7.5 million for the 19,531-square-foot property.
The building will have a lounge and restaurant. Shulman + Associates will manage the architectural restoration of the building. Nelson Gonzalez and Allison Turk of Esslinger Wooten Maxwell (EWM) Realty International, a subsidiary of Christie's International Real Estate, handled the deal on behalf of the seller.
