EDINBURGH, UK-CBRE Global Investors' clients have acquired Wellheads Industrial Estate, a 218,725-square-foot industrial property in Aberdeen, for GBP 19.9 million. The industrial estate, located on Wellheads Drive, was sold by F&C REIT.
The estate contains 37 units and is leased to tenants such as Flangefitt Stainless Ltd., Global Energy Corporation Ltd. and The Rolls Wood Group Ltd. CBRE Global Investors was represented by Harper Macleod LLP and Knight Frank LLP, while F&C REIT was represented by Maclay Murray & Spens LLP and Franc Warwick.
