AURORA, CO-Irving, Texas-based Archon Group LP has acquired a four-property multifamily portfolio comprising 1,164 units in Colorado from Stamford, Connecticut-based Five Mile Capital Partners LLC for $90 million. The properties include the 482-unit Waterfield Court in Aurora; the 186-unit Rolling Hills in Castle Rock; the 216-unit Whispering Hills in Colorado Springs; and the 280-unit Stone Ridge in Colorado Springs.
