
LONDON-British Land has acquired a 50% interest in Eden Walk Shopping Centre, a 276,000-square-foot shopping center Kingston-upon-Thames, South West London, for GBP 41.5 million. The company purchased the stake from Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS), which will continue retain the remaining 50% stake.
The open shopping center comprises 3 offices, 22 shop units and 697 multi-story car park spaces. CBRE advised British Land, while Morgan Williams and Jones Lang LaSalle represented USS in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
