
CHICAGO-Cedar Street Cos. is planning to relocate its headquarters to a vacant building in Uptown. The apartment investor bought the three-story, long-vacant building on July 19 for $1.2 million from Alexandria, Virginia-based Salvation Army.
The office and retail building is located at 1025 W. Sunnyside Ave. and comprises 38,000 square feet. The new owner will add a new floor with nearly 10,000 square feet of office space for its 150 employees. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
