BIRMINGHAM, AL-Hendricks & Partners has closed the sale of two apartment complexes in Birmingham and Hoover. In the first deal, Highland Ridge I LLC purchased Highland Ridge Apartments, a 66-unit complex, from Cedar Tree Properties LLC for about $2.1 million.
In the second deal, Landmark at Deerfield Glen LLC purchased Cedarbrook Apartments, a 320-unit complex in Hoover, from Cedarbrook Apartments LLC for $16.75 million. David Oakley from the local office of Hendricks & Partners handled the deal. For the full story, go to Birmingham Business Journal .
