WOODRIDGE, IL-Pres-On Inc. has acquired an industrial building spanning 102,655 square feet at 2600 E. 107th St. in southwest suburban Woodridge for $3.7 million. The west suburban Addison-based company secured a $3.9-million mortgage from First Security Trust & Savings Bank to finance the acquisition.

A venture of CenterPoint Properties Trust, an Oak Brook-based industrial developer, was the seller. CenterPoint purchased the building for $3.8 million in April 2004. Jeffrey Janda of Lee & Associates was the seller's broker. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
