
BOSTON-A real estate investment firm headed by David Greany has picked up four Class B office buildings totaling 130,000 square feet in Boston's Financial District and downtown for $31 million. Boston-based Synergy Investments bought the buildings in an off-market deal from New York-based Centurion Realty.
The properties include 71 Summer St., 77 Summer St., 87 Summer St. and 184 High St. The buildings are nearly 80% occupied. In June, Synergy purchased 441 Stuart St. for $40 million. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
