NEW YORK CITY-RFR Realty LLC, the Park Avenue landlord headed by Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs, is looking to make its next big acquisition. Unnamed sources told the New York Post that RFR is considering to buy 350 Madison Ave., a 382,671-square-foot office building two blocks from Grand Central Terminal.
The property is being marketed by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Richard Baxter, Ron Cohen, Scott Latham and Jon Caplan on behalf of Nabil and Fouad Chartouni’s Kensico Properties. The brothers acquired the building in 2005 from Monday Properties.
