AIC Ventures Buys 250,000-SF Industrial Facility in Grimes

GRIMES, IA-AIC Ventures, an Austin-based real estate investment fund manager, has bought an industrial facility spanning 250,000 square feet in Grimes, Iowa, in a sale-leaseback deal.

GRIMES, IA-AIC Ventures, an Austin-based real estate investment fund manager, has bought an industrial facility spanning 250,000 square feet in Grimes, Iowa, in a sale-leaseback deal. The company closed the sale-leaseback deal with Ryko Solutions, an affiliate of Trivest Partners.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Luis Medina of AIC said that the company has completed more than 50 leaseback deals with private equity agencies and their portfolio companies. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
