NASHVILLE-Davidson County property records showed that a strip center in Madison has changed hands for $13.8 million. SSI Northside LLC bought the Northside Marketplace retail center from KIR Northside Market Place LP.
The strip center sits on a 21.4-acre site at 2265-2321 Gallatin Pike North. It is anchored by a Dick's Sporting Goods and a Best Buy. The center was last sold in 1999 for $20 million and was recently valued at $14 million. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
