ATLANTA-Coro Realty Advisors LLC has purchased the retail portion of Village Place Brookhaven, a mixed-use development in Atlanta, for an undisclosed amount.

ATLANTA-Coro Realty Advisors LLC has purchased the retail portion of Village Place Brookhaven, a mixed-use development in Atlanta, for an undisclosed amount. Village Place Brookhaven at 1438 Dresden Drive comprises 34,789 square feet of retail space bought by Coro and 41 residences, live/work units, townhomes and office condominiums.

The retail space is leased to tenants such as J. Christopher's, Kaleidoscope Bistro & Pub, Natural Body, Pour Wine Bistro, Verde Taqueria and The Mercantile. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
