MILWAUKEE-Dominion Properties LLC, a Milwaukee-based developer, has sold three multifamily properties in the Bay View neighborhood. The company has sold the Bay View area apartment buildings to Peloton Investors.
Dominion sold its apartment buildings at 3059 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. and 1122 E. Russel Ave. to affiliates of Mequon-based Peloton Investors. The company is also selling a property at 3069 S.
