JACKSONVILLE, FL-A logistics company based in Jacksonville has bought a Southside industrial facility for $1.05 million. Chris Flowers, Priority Couriers' president and CEO, has bought the 42,000-square-foot facility at 2853 Don Road from Monticello Realty Investments LLC.

Flowers purchased the warehouse to accommodate Fulfillment Shipping and Handling Inc., which will occupy 16,000 square feet in the facility. Ladson Montgomery and Bobby Gatling of Grubb & Ellis/Phoenix Realty Inc. represented Flowers, while Bob Ascher with Guardian Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented Monticello.
