FORT WORTH-Everman Independent School District has purchased the former headquarters campus of Avcor Health Care Products Inc. in order to expand its administrative space and classrooms. The school district bought the 53,652-square-foot building at 1520 Everman Pkwy. from Avcor.
The two-building campus, which sits on a 5.03-acre land, was originally developed as a shopping center. Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services' Kevin Santaularia and Brian Scott represented the buyer, while Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services' Karen Simon represented the seller in the deal.
