NASHVILLE-A freestanding building on Franklin Pike has come under a new ownership. McCullar Family LP has sold the 27,000-square-foot building at 2300 Franklin Pike to Horsepower Joint Venture.
The building, which formerly housed an auto dealership, recently gathered interest from apartment developers. McCullar Family purchased the property in November 2011 for $2.1 million.
