BELLEVUE, WA-A Publix-anchored retail center in Bellevue has changed hands for $13 million. Davidson County property records revealed that Publix Tennessee LLC has purchased the shopping center spanning 48,000 square feet at 8028 Highway 100.
DP Harpeth Partners LLC was the seller. A Publix supermarket is the anchor tenant at the 8-acre property. DP Harpeth Partners bought the shopping center for $8.57 million in July 2011. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
