CHICAGO-Tricap Chicago LLC, an apartment rehabber, has bought an apartment building consisting 31 units at 4740-48 S. Greenwood Ave. for about $1.3 million. The Chicago-based firm owns approximately 500 units in Chicago.
A trust that records June DeSimone as the managing member was the seller. Tricap obtained over $2.5 million in loans from Chicago-based Community Investment Corp.
