WALNUT CREEK, CA-A grocery-anchored shopping center in Walnut Creek has changed hands for $35 million. A group of investors paid $325 per square foot for Rossmoor Shopping Center, a 108,000-square-foot property at 1900-1998 Tice Valley Blvd.

RF Rossmoor Inc., an entity controlled by Capital Management Inc., sold the retail center to Tallen and Keshen Holdings, Blackrock and Citivest Real Estate. The property is anchored by a CVS Pharmacy and a Safeway grocery store. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
