LONDON-Orchard Street Investment Management has purchased Cobbett Park on Slyfield Industrial Estate in Guildford for GBP 19 million. The company acquired the property from the Industrial Property Investment Fund, managed by Legal & General Property, for a pension fund client.
Cobbett Park comprises 10 warehouse units totaling roughly 125,400 square feet. It is leased to eight tenants including Big Yellow, City Link, Furniture Village, Safestore and Surrey County Council.
